Nestled in the heart of St. Thomas, the Paul Bogle Vocational Training Institute (PBVTI) stands as a testament to the power of education and skill development. Due to the many storms that through the island this year we are left with the effects of the downpour of heavy rains and wind – which includes severe land erosion (with one of our structure about to go over a cliff), a downed light pole which provides necessary lighting, fallen trees and debris, broken fencing, flooding, roof leakages and theft due to destruction of property caused by a natural disaster.
